Social Miami is the newest venture from China Grill Management to hit South Beach. Located in the aristocratic Sagamore Hotel it has quickly become the place to see-and-be-seen. Social is a sleek and sexy restaurant with its white and silver décor.
Miami's own chef Michelle Bernstein created the menu. Specialties include various types of small sharing plates categorized on the menu by the temperatures in which they are served. Start with some Peruvian Seafood Ceviches on ice; then some cool Bluefin Tuna Tartare; warm up with Jerk Spiny Lobster on Skewers; and finish by getting HOT with a NY Strip Steak or some Seared Salmon Medallions.
