My company, Skylighter.com, sells the sparklers that so many clubs use in bottle to table delivery. If our sales are any indication, bottle service is soaring, even now in 2009 during this recession. The other indicator is the sheer number of new clubs who buy bottle sparklers from us every monthy. Bottle service is still cooking--in a very big way in the US.
